Volunteers We Salute You
It has been nine months since we received the keys to the flat above the Swan. If you’ve been following our news blogs and social media posts, you’ll know that almost all of the work has been carried out by our incredible team of volunteers.
They have worked tirelessly, stripping walls and floors, installing a new kitchen and bathroom, rewiring the entire flat, a new heating system has been installed and walls have been insulated and plastered. On top of that, the team has painted and thoroughly cleaned the flat throughout.
Thousands of volunteer hours have gone into transforming the space over the past nine months. We simply couldn’t have done it without you. Thanks to your dedication and hard work, we’ve been able to keep the budget to a minimum.
